I’ve created this daily meditation for anyone to use to help set your positive intentions and take charge over creating your own life and helping to fix our world. Its only 5 minutes long, and you can listen to it each day. The affirmation comes from the book “seed money” which was written by  Jon Speller that talks about how we can help ourselves and others through the alchemy of giving and change our world for the better.

When we give, we receive tenfold. The alchemy of giving is real and something that each of us can understand and utilize to help fix our world. We are all powerful beings with the ability to tap into the infinite energy that creates our whole universe. Infinite energy when utilized properly through the alchemy of giving can  feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, heal the sick, provide access to knowledge, open the world to everyone through travel, and allow the comforts and pleasures desired and deserved by the whole human race.

This meditation was recorded while a QEG was running in resonance. The sound of the QEG resonance is blended in with binaural beats in the background. (the volume is so low you can hardly hear it, but its there!)

About Binaural Beats:

Binaural beats were originally discovered in 1839 by physicist Heinrich Wilhelm Dove. He discovered when signals of two different frequencies are presented separately, one to each ear, your brain detects the phase variation between the frequencies and tries to reconcile that difference. In doing so, as the two frequencies mesh in and out of phase, your brain creates its own third signal — called a binaural beat — which is equal to the difference between those two frequencies.

Research has proven that introducing a binaural beat will cause the brain to begin resonating in tune with that beat.
